Blow bars

Blow bars are attached to the rotor and are responsible for propelling the material against the anvil or breaker plate.

Anvil or breaker plate

The anvil or breaker plate is a stationary plate that the material is crushed against.

Wear liners

Wear liners are used to protect the inside of the crusher chamber from wear and tear.

Based on different working conditions, we use different materials to manufacture impact wear parts:

High chrome blow bars. The most popular crusher blow bars material choice, There are different grades: Cr14, Cr26, Cr26Mo0.5, Cr26Mo2.

High manganese blow bars. The use of modified high manganese steel casting, a reasonable ratio of ingredients, hammer more safe and reliable, wear resistance than ordinary manganese steel increased by 1.5 times, not only reduces downtime but also improve equipment operation rate, increase Crusher output, reducing material costs. These materials are suited to crush soft materials.

Ceramic blow bars. This combination makes HSI blow bars very wear-resistant but at the same time very impact resistant. With blow bars made of composites from the surface of ceramics, the working life can reach three to five times than simple martensitic steel blow bars.

TiC Insert blow bars. In order to increase the span life of blow bars in different conditions, our foundry success to use titanium-tungsten alloy to cast HSI blow bars. Under this material, the span life can reach more than 2 times compare to chrome steel blow bars.
